समस्त मान्यता प्राप्त राजनैतिक दलों की उपस्थिति में जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी मनोज कुमार ने उप जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी राकेश पटेल के साथ ईवीएम-वीवीपैट वेयर हाउस की मासिक  रूप से निरीक्षण किया गया। डीईओ ने ईवीएम-वीवीपैट वेयर हाउसों में समस्त व्यवस्थाएओं को देखा।
\nजिलाधिकारी ने कार्यालय का निरीक्षण कर निर्देश दिए कि पत्रावलियों को इंडेक्सिंग कर सुरक्षित किया जाए, साथ ही पटल पर वही पत्रावलियां रखी जाए, जिनका वर्तमान में प्रयोग किया जा रहा हो। कार्यालय के वेयरहाउसों की सफाई कराने हेतु सहायक जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी, बदायू को निर्देशित किया गया। साथ ही निष्किय अभिलेखों को नियमानुसार ब्रीड आउट किया जाए।
