जिला मजिस्ट्रेट मनोज कुमार ने आदेश जारी किए हैं कि दीपावली पर्व के दृष्टिगत आतिशबाजी विक्रय हेतु 10 से 12 नवम्बर तीन दिन के लिए अस्थाई दुकान लगाने हेतु लाइसेंस निर्गत किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने जनपद बदायूँ की समस्त तहसीलों में सभी सम्बन्धित उप जिला मजिस्ट्रेट\/क्षेत्राधिकारी पुलिस\/मुख्य अग्निशमन अधिकारी बदायूँ\/अग्निशमन अधिकारी (द्वितीय) बदायूँ एवं सहसवान अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में स्वयं जांच कर जनपद मुख्यालय शहर बदायूँ वं तहसीलों एवं कस्बों में लगने वाली अस्थाई आतिशबाजी की दुकानों हेतु स्थान जो घनी आबादी से दूर खुले स्थान पर तथा अग्नि सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से उचित हो का चयन कर चयनित स्थान की सूची अपनी स्पष्ट आख्या सहित शस्त्र कार्यालय को उपलब्ध कराये जाने के निर्देश दिये गये थे, ताकि जनपद के आतिशबाजी के अस्थाई लाइसेंसों को शस्त्र कार्यालय द्वारा प्रभारी अधिकारी आयुध कलेक्ट्रेट बदायूँ के हस्ताक्षरित उपरान्त समय से निर्गत किये जा सके।<\/p>\n

\nइसके अतिरिक्त उन्होंने यह भी निर्देश दिये है कि चयनित स्थान के अलावा आपके क्षेत्र में बिना अस्थाई लाइसेंस के आतिशबाजी का विक्रय तो नहीं किया जा रहा है, यदि ऐसा पाया जाये तो सम्बन्धित के विरुद्ध वैधानिक कार्यवाही किया जाना सुनिश्चित करें। आतिशबाजी विक्रय के अस्थाई लाइसेंस निर्गत होने के उपरान्त समस्त सम्बन्धित उपजिला मजिस्ट्रेट\/क्षेत्राधिकारी पुलिस\/मुख्य अग्निशमन अधिकारी बदायूँ\/अग्निशमन अधिकारी (द्वितीय) बदायूँ एवं सहसवान\/प्रभारी निरीक्षक\/थानाध्यक्ष जनपद बदायूँ अपने- अपने क्षेत्र में समस्त आतिशबाजी लाइसेसियों की दुकानों का व्यक्तिगत रूप से निरीक्षण कर यह भी देख लें कि समस्त सम्बन्धित आतिशबाजी लाईसेसियां द्वारा नियम-84 के समस्त वांछित प्रतिबन्धों का अनुपालन किया जा रहा है अथवा नहीं और यदि किसी आतिशबाजी लाइसेंसी द्वारा नियम 84 के वांछित प्रतिबन्धों का अनुपालन नहीं किया जा रहा है तो उसके विरुद्ध तत्काल वैद्यानिक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जायें। इसके उपरान्त भी यदि कहीं कोई घटना घटित होती है तो सम्बन्धित उपजिला मजिस्ट्रेट\/क्षेत्राधिकारी पुलिस\/मुख्य अग्निशमन अधिकारी बदायूँ\/अग्निशमन अधिकारी (द्वितीय) बदायूँ एवं सहसवान\/प्रभारी निरीक्षक\/थानाध्यक्ष स्वयं उत्तरदायी होंगे।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
