\nबदायूँ – जिलाधिकारी  मनोज कुमार ने कहा कि सभी राजनीतिक दल उम्मीदवार उनके प्रतिनिधि निर्वाचन के दौरान दिए गए निर्देशों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करेंगे। ऐसा कोई कार्य लिखकर बोलकर अथवा किसी के माध्यम से नहीं करेंगे जिससे किसी धर्म मजहब संप्रदाय जाति या सामाजिक वर्ग एवं राजनीतिक दल उम्मीदवार राजनीतिक कार्यकर्ताओं की भावना आहत हो या उससे विभिन्न वर्गो, दलों, व्यक्तियों के बीच तनाव की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो।<\/p>\n

\nकिसी भी राजनीतिक दल उम्मीदवार की आलोचना उनकी नीतियों कार्यक्रमों और इतिहास व कार्य के संबंध में ही की जा सकती है किसी उम्मीदवार के व्यक्तिगत जीवन से संबंधित पहलुओं पर आलोचना नहीं की जाएगी। मत प्राप्त करने के लिए जातीय सांप्रदायिक और धार्मिक भावना का परोक्ष या अपरोक्ष रूप से सहारा नहीं लिया जाएगा। पूजा स्थलों जैसे मंदिर, मस्जिद, गिरजाघर व गुरुद्वारा आदि का उपयोग निर्वाचन में प्रचार हेतु तथा निर्वाचन संबंधी अन्य कार्य हेतु नहीं किया जाएगा। सभी राजनीतिक, दल, उम्मीदवार ऐसे कार्य से अलग रहेंगे जो निर्वाचन विधि के अंतर्गत भ्रष्ट आचरण अपराध माने गए हैं, जैसे किसी चुनाव सभा में गड़बड़ी करना या करवाना। मतदाता को रिश्वत देकर या डरा धमकाकर या आतंकित करके अपने पक्ष में मत देने के लिए प्रभावित करना मतदाताओं को प्रभावित करने के लिए चुनाव की प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार का मादक द्रव्य बांटना भी  अपराध की संज्ञा मानी गई है<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
