बीती रात शनिवार को जब उझानी कोतवाली पुलिस उप  निरीक्षक राहुल  सिंह पुंडीर अपने पुलिस बल के साथ बरी बाले बाई पास पर रात्री  गस्त कर रहे थे उसी समय मुखवीर की सू चना मिली की दो लोग मिहोना रोड पर आम की बगिया में है उसी समय उप निरीक्षक राहुल सिंह पुंडीर अपने पुलिस बल के साथ मौके पर पहुँचे और दोनों अभियुक्तों को पकड़कर कोतवाली ले आई | कोतवाली आने के बाद दोनों अभियुक्तों से कड़ी पूंछतांछ में दोनों अभियुक्तों ने अपना जुर्म कबूल कर लिया |पुलिस की  पूंछतांछ में अभियुक्तों  ने बताया की 17 -10 -2022को दोनों ने मिलकर उझानी के ए पी एस पेट्रोल पम्प के पास कृष्णा इंटरप्राइजेज की दुकान के कैमरे तोड़कर 6500 रूपए और और ई रिक्शा की रिम चोरी किये थे |और साथ ही बताया की की 28-12-2022 को दोनों ने मिलकर गाँव फूलपुर में हरविलास पुत्र नत्थू लाल के घर से कमरे रखे बक्से में से 16000हजार रूपए नकद ,दो जोड़ी हसली,मंगलसूत्र ,चांदी की दो जोड़ी तगड़ी,विछुआ,खडुआ चांदी के दो जोड़ी,रेसम पट्टी की एक जोड़ी तोड़ीया दो जोड़ी सोने की चैन ,एक अंगूठी ,का सामन चोरी किया था |<\/p>\n

अभियुक्तों के पास से पुलिस ने दो ई-रिक्शा बेटरी,तीन ई-रिक्शा रिम,सफ़ेद धातु की बेसर पट्टी,दो जोड़ी खडुआ,सफ़ेद धातु,एक मंगलसूत्र,और एक 315 बोर और एक नाजाएज चाकू सहित गिरफ्तार कर उचित धाराओ में मुकद्दमा पंजीकृत कर दोनों अभियुक्त केसव उर्फ़ भूरा पुत्र पन्नालाल कश्यप और दूसरा अभियुक्त शिवम् कश्यप पुत्र अशोक कश्यप निवासी अहीर टोला को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया|<\/p>\n
