यूपी के राशनकार्डधारकों को घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। कोई नया नियम नहीं आया है। राशनकार्ड सत्यापन की प्रक्रिया चल रही है। ऐसे में कार्डधारक के पात्रता के  नियम जो थे वही लागू रहेंगे।<\/p>\n

  निरस्तीकरण और रिकवरी को लेकर इन दिनों लोगों में शंका और हड़बड़ी है। किसी कार्रवाई से बचने के लिए लगभग रोज ही बड़ी संख्या में लोग राशनकार्डों को सरेंडर कर रहे हैं। ऐसे में गरीब एवं पात्र लोगों को भी अपने राशन कार्डों के निरस्त होने की शंका थी। लोगों की इस शंका को उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने रविवार को खत्म करते हुए यह स्पष्ट किया कि प्रदेश में राशनकार्ड सरंडेर करने अथवा उनके निरस्तीकरण के संबंध में कोई नया आदेश जारी नहीं किया गया है।<\/p>\n

राज्य के खाद्य आयुक्त सौरव बाबू ने कहा कि राशनकार्ड सत्यापन एक सामान्य प्रक्रिया है जो समय समय पर चलती है। उन्होंने कहा कि राशन कार्ड सरेंडर करने और पात्रता की नई शर्तों के संबंध में आधारहीन प्रचार हो रहा है।<\/p>\n

राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम-2013 तथा प्रचलित शासनादेशों में अपात्र कार्डधारकों से वसूली जैसी कोई व्यवस्था भी निर्धारित नहीं की गयी है और रिकवरी के सम्बन्ध में शासन स्तर से अथवा खाद्यायुक्त कार्यालय से कोई भी निर्देश नहीं दिए  गए है। उल्लेखनीय है कि राशन कार्डधारको के  लोगों को नियमानुसार नवीन राशनकार्ड बनाए भी जा रहे हैं।<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
