उझानी(बदायूं)। लोगों को जाम की समस्या से निजात दिलाने के लिए बुधवार को कस्बे में अतिक्रमण हटाओ अभियान की शुरुआत हुई। पालिका की टीम ने मुख्य चौराहे से लेकर हलवाई चौक तक अतिक्रमण हटवाया। इस दौरान व्यापारी विरोध जताने लगे लेकिन पुलिस प्रशासन ने सभी को शांत करवा दिया। गुरूवार को फिर से अभियान चलाया जाएगा।<\/span><\/p>\n

नगर का कछला रोड सबसे ज्यादा अतिक्रमण की जद में रहता है, यहाँ दुकाने पहले ही आगे बढ़ चुकी हैं वहीं अब दुकानदार अपना सामान सड़कों तक लगा लेते हैं। साथ ही टीन शैड से भी सड़कों को ढक दिया जाता है। बुधवार को जिलाधिकारी के आदेश पर अधिशासी अधिकारी जेपी यादव समेत नगर पालिका की टीम मुख्य चौराहे पर पहुँच गयी। साथ में थाना प्रभारी हरपाल बालियान भी पुलिस बल लेकर पहुँचे।<\/span><\/p>\n

देखते ही देखते बुलडोजर ने मुख्य चौराहे से दुकानें के आगे किए अतिक्रमण हटाना शुरू कर दिया जिससे दुकानदारों में हडकंप मच गया। अतिक्रमण हटाने के दौरान मौके पर भीड़ जमा हो गई। कुछ लोगों ने विरोध भी किया। पुलिस ने विरोध कर रहे लोगों को वहां से हटाया। नगर पालिका टीम ने मुख्य चौराहे से लेकर हलवाई चौक तक टीन शैड, नालियों पर कब्जे को तोड़ दिया। टीम ने सड़क किनारे लगे होर्डिंग भी हटाए।<\/span><\/p>\n
